Job Description:
Property Manager position with a growing, regional property
management company. Full-time position to manage an 108-unit,
professionally managed rental community in Mt Vernon, Ohio. Must
have the ability to work independently, manage others, and possess
strong customer service and communication skills.Responsibilities
include but not limited to: - Showing and renting available
apartments - Processing applications and preparing leases - Rent
Collection - Accounting Data Entry - Resident Customer Service -
Manage and work closely with Maintenance Staff - Managing and
Scheduling Vendors - Preparation of weekly and quarterly reports -
Preparation of annual operating budgetRequirements: - Strong PC and
Internet Skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word,
Excel and Outlook - Ability to learn with minimal direction - Very
strong customer service skills. - Sales experience a plus, but not
required - Multifamily / Property Management experience highly
preferredThis is a full time, professional position, with vacation,
paid holidays, and other benefits. Note - this is NOT a "live on
site" position. An apartment is not part of the compensation
package. A mandatory background and drug test will be
conducted.Compensation quoted includes base salary plus quarterly
and annual bonuses. -
