We can customize a role to fit your needs and provide an environment of continuous development for your accounting skill set with unlimited potential for growth.Responsibilities:Position involves regular interaction and consulting with clientsPreparation and review of S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership, Trust, Estate & Individual income tax returnsPreparation and review of financial statementsBe responsive to clients' needs, recognize client issues and suggest solutionsResearch accounting and tax topics relating to specific clientsManage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAs part of a team, work with developing professionals to encourage their growth and trainingQualifications:BA or BS in Accounting or a related field; CPA or related certification highly preferredAt least 8-10 years of accounting experience with progressive experience in tax preparation and consulting across the broad spectrum of income tax rules and strategies related to the needs of individuals and business ownersPossess strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to re-prioritize dailyHave experience with technical tax return reviewHave experience in a client-facing roleQuickBooks experience (required)Qualities our candidate should possess:Self-motivated, driven, hardworking and believe outcomes can always be influenced for the betterStrive to deliver solutions, solve problems, and work with clients on their tax and accounting needsDisplay strong critical thinking skillsConfidently balance multiple prioritiesEnjoy working with and helping othersUpstanding reputationBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision Insurance401k matchingPerformance based incentive compensationPaid time offFlexible work schedules
