Job Position: Property Accounting Manager

Pay Rate: $25.00-30.00 hourly DOE - Compensation is competitive and based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain account receivables & accounts payables
• Monthly bank reconciliations for 5 checking accounts
• Maintaining tenant files and tenant ledgers
• Understanding of inter-company billings and journal entries
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports
• Communicate with tenants and vendors when questions arise
• Create and maintain spreadsheets
• Interpret data and prepare analytics Ideal candidate must have:
  • Proficient knowledge of Quickbooks
  • 4+ years experience required
  • Accounting majors preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel including creating spreadsheets and formulas
    • Exceptional organization and attention to detail abilities to plan and execute tasks simultaneously and timely
    • Analytical problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
