Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the setup of a new US Distribution Center (DC) and oversee the integration of existing brands under the new DC. This role involves managing multiple integrations and requires a candidate with a strong background in supply chain management.Key Responsibilities:

• Setting Up a New US DC: -Lead the project to establish a new distribution center in the US, ensuring all aspects of the setup are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Brand Integration: -Manage the transition of existing brands to the new DC, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
• Multiple Integrations: -Oversee multiple integration projects, working closely with clients' DC teams, hardware and software vendors, and clients' tech teams.
• Complex Project Management: -Handle large and complex projects, breaking down intricate tasks into clear and concise requirements.
• Agile Methodology: -Utilize agile methodologies to break down large projects into manageable tasks, ensuring timely and successful project completion.Required Skills:
  • Warehouse Management Expertise
    • Implementing or upgrading Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance real-time visibility and control over inventory, labor, and space utilization.
    • Introducing automation technologies (e.g., conveyors, robotics, RFID) to reduce manual processes and increase throughput.
    • Familiarity with the Manhattan Active platform, its modules (e.g., Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Planning), and its capabilities
    • New Distribution Center Expertise
      • Planning and launching strategically located DCs to support geographic expansion
      • Coordinating tech work required to support operational design, construction, and ramp-up.
      • Management of integrations with transportation and IT systems
      • Project Management
        • Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, particularly in the context of software implementation or system upgrades
        • Strong communication, project management, and vendor management requiredPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
