TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195 Pay Information $2,501 per week About The Position ID: 51758634 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Description: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN.AUTO OFFERFacility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submissionD/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.PBDS Assessment waived.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.Perm reference is REQUIRED and must be obtained from the past 12 monthsTravel reference is REQUIRED from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experienceRequired certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
