Job description OverviewWe are currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an active Illinois license. This is a Full-Time position in a SNF facility/facilities located in Toledo, OH.In this role, your responsibilities will include:

    • Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
    • Active state license and DEA license in good standing
    • 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (post-acute care experience preferred)
    • Proficiency with EMR
