Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Tele RN to join their team. As a Medical Tele RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Job Summary:The Medical Tele RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
• Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentationRequirements:
  • Current Ohio RN license or compact state license
  • Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  • 18 months of prior experience in the specialty applying for
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
  • Ability to work at least every other holiday

    • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
    • Rotating shift schedule: 3x12s, 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am

    • Professional development opportunitiesSchedule:D/N rotating shift: 3x12s, 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am, with every other weekend rotation. Travelers will rotate every 2 weeks. Please confirm your desired contract length at time of submission.Additional Details:
      • Drivers' License/State ID required; must carry while on assignment
      • Units where AHA BLS certification is not required: CVOR, OR, Pediatric OR, Ambulatory Care, and Behavioral Health
