Job Description:
CRNA needed in Sylvania, OH Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's. On
some weeks the provider may be able to work 10's.No weekends/no
call.All cases except hearts, heads, OB and sick peds.Credentialing
Time Frame: 30-45 daysHourly - $180-$190Holiday OT - $195-$205
(applies after 40 hours in one week)CRNA, ACLS, BLS and OH license
required
