Looking for a PRN SLP to cover vacation/sick days and overflow of treatment hours at our Willard and Ashland (Crystal Care) locations.

Our 59-bed facility in Willard is in a beautiful rural setting and is easily accessible from the surrounding communities located near Norwalk, Bellvue, Tiffin, and New London. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results!

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized care plans for patients requiring speech therapy, utilizing critical care and acute care experience.
- Conduct patient assessments, including standardized testing
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Qualifications
- Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
