*-Speech Language Pathologist-*Looking for a PRN SLP to cover vacation/sick days and overflow of treatment hours at our Willard and Ashland (Crystal Care) locations.*Join our in-house therapy team!*Our 59-bed facility in Willard is in a beautiful rural setting and is easily accessible from the surrounding communities located near Norwalk, Bellvue, Tiffin, and New London. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results!Responsibilities- Implement individualized care plans for patients requiring speech therapy, utilizing critical care and acute care experience.- Conduct patient assessments, including standardized testing- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.Qualifications- Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.#HRP2Pay: From $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 1 5 per weekBenefits:* Flexible scheduleSchedule:* Choose your own hours* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededApplication Question(s):* Do you have experience documenting w/ Net Health?License/Certification:* Speech Language Pathology License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Willard, OH 44890 (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
