Hours: Mon - Fri - perf shift is 8am-4pm / no weekends or Holidays

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and acute care. The FNP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical services while adhering to established standards and regulations.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions across the lifespan, from infants to the elderly.
Administer injections and perform procedures as necessary, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Interpret medical imaging results and collaborate with specialists when needed.
Provide memory care support for patients with cognitive impairments.
Manage acute care situations, including critical care scenarios in a hospital setting.
Participate in cardiac catheterization procedures as required.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices in patient care.

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority.
Experience administering injections and performing clinical procedures.
Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and interpretation.
Familiarity with standards of care in critical care and acute settings.
Experience in infant care is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
