Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global employment, labor, and compliance strategy
Counsel cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with
marketplace standards
Drive the global labor compliance framework in response to evolving
regulations
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in international employment and labor law
Proven experience in developing labor compliance strategies in
multinational corporations
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in employment and/or labor
law
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to legal
challenges
Familiarity with tech-enabled services and labor marketplace
dynamics
