  • Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant Medical Center
  • Position: ARRT certified CT Tech (CT AND XR)
  • Location: Grant Medical Center (Level I Trauma)
  • Shift: 3x12's Nights (1800-0630); every other weekend, holidays as assigned
  • Performs and completes diagnostic procedures and follows guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association.
  • This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics.
  • Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.
  • Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.
  • Charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR.
  • GE CT equipment presently in use GE and Toshiba/Cannon.
  • Typical volume or census for dept: 270-290 scans per day.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience (will review travelers with 1.5yrs if strong Level I/large hospital experience)
    • Large hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
    • Graduate of an accredited radiography program
    • OH State License required, pending license is accepted
    • Registered with ARRT
    • BLS
    • Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipment
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 3x12's Nights (1800-0630)
      • Every other weekend
      • Holidays as assigned
