  • Operate CT equipment to generate diagnostic images.
  • Prepare patients, ensuring comfort and explaining procedures.
  • Review images for quality, following protocols.
  • Maintain patient records and equipment functionality.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for accurate diagnostics.
    • Job Requirements
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
    • ARRT certification in CT and state licensure.
    • Minimum 2 years' CT Technologist experience.
    • Proficient in CT imaging procedures and protocols.
    • Strong technical proficiency with CT equipment.
    • Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
    • Effective under pressure, maintaining quality care.
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
      • Schedule Information
      • Avg. Daily Census: 18-20 CT scans per 8-hour shift.
      • Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics.
        • Additional Details
        • Provider Support: Interpretation Services, IV Teams, Pharmacy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Respiratory Services, Transportation.
        • Patient Diagnoses: All types of Cardiovascular disease.
        • Special Procedures/Unit Details: Located in Ross Heart Hospital, offering various CT scans (Cardiac, Vascular, Abdomen, Head/Neck, Pelvis).
        • Special Equipment: Siemens Naeotom Alpha CT Scanner.
