Outpatient Counselor RequirementsBachelor's degree in human
service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in
the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment
required.Masters degree in human service or behavioral science
preferred.Valid State of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW required.
