\*\* Physical Therapist\*\*This position allows for Part time
(10-29), Full time (30-38), or consistent Supervising PRN
coverage.*Join our in-house therapy team!*Our 59-bed facility in
Willard is in a beautiful rural setting and is easily accessible
from the surrounding communities located near Norwalk, Bellvue,
Tiffin, and New London. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary
team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to
each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed
to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and
functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record
of getting results!\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*- Conduct comprehensive
assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.-
Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance
patients' functional abilities.- Educate patients and their
families on physical therapy's plan of care- Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams- Maintain accurate documentation of patient
progress and treatment plans.\*\*Qualifications:\*\*- State
licensure as a Physical Therapist.- Excellent communication skills
and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.If you
