Job Description:

Shaffer Distributing, a national leader in the family entertainment, arcade, and vending equipment distribution industries, is seeking a detail oriented Order Fulfillment and Support Specialist. In this role you will receive, inspect and organize arcade game and vending machine parts from manufacturers. The Order Fulfillment and Support Specialist will also fulfill internal and external orders, handle shipping and maintain warehouse inventory.Why You:

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. You'll be creating and updating service orders, invoicing customers and transferring inventory in the system between warehouses.
• Team Player: Bring your communication skills to build strong relationships with internal departments, vendors and customers. What You'll Do:
  • Shipping and Receiving.
  • Fulfill internal part needs for all departments, divisions, and locations.
  • Parts & inventory Management.
  • Create & update service orders.
  • Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Invoice customers on orders you complete.
  • Order stock of all shipping product needs.
  • Ordering parts from various manufacturers. Part Sales (to be introduced in time)
    • Complete part sales transactions for part inquiries from customers via phone and email.
    • Customer communication from quote to invoice.
    • Creating purchase orders
    • Follow up with Vendors on backordered items. Requirements:This position requires excellent customer service, computer, and administrative skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Retail experience and/or knowledge of arcade game or vending machine parts preferred. The Order Fulfillment and Support Specialist will be reliable and self-motivated.
      • Parts Sales, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Control, and/or Shipping and Receiving/Material Handling experience required.
      • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
      • Ability to use a pallet jack; prior experience is helpful.
      • Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.
      • Proficiency with computers and phones; must be able to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and scale. What You'll Receive:
